VIP Concierge Jacó

The Client:

VIP Concierge Jacó offers tours, transportation, and concierge services in the Jacó Beach area of Costa Rica. Located in the beautiful Hotel Oceano, VIP boasts some of the best prices in the area for vacation planning from an “extremely patient, kind, understanding, reassuring” guide, as one reviewer put it. From spa services to private chefs, VIP can design the perfect holiday for Costa Rica visitors.

The Problem

VIP had an existing logo and brand image that they wished to keep, but their website was very simple and was not attracting many online reservations. Their website provider was difficult to communicate with and slow about maintaining the site when asked to make changes, which was not compatible with a growing business like VIP. In order to stand out among their competition— Tucan Tours Costa Rica, Zuma Tours Ocean Experts, and Jaco Travel Experts—it was critical that VIP had a website that reflected their quality of service, was fresh and modern, and made online reservations a breeze. If VIP claimed to be the most professional tour company in the area, their website should be, too.

The Need

VIP needed something eye-catching, up to industry standards, functional and informational, that matched the great style they already had in their business office location. Their new website design would attract customers and make it easy to see the variety of tours and services that they have to offer. It would need to present information in both English and Spanish, have the capacity to take online reservations, display high definition photos and videos, have easy-to-use email contact forms, feature reviews from past customers, and social media feeds.

The Solution

VIP Concierge Jacó agreed to invest in a website redesign that repurposed written content from their existing site, but drastically improved the organization, layout, visual aesthetic, media, and functionality of its features. The site retained the ability to switch between English and Spanish, put an emphasis on reservation booking mechanisms, and added “Call Now” and Live Chat buttons for even more accessibility. The end result was a dreamy website that enticed viewers to make Jacó, Costa Rica, their next getaway!
